Mandatory Terms; Work From Home Profile
Selection Process: There will be no personal interview. You only need to submit the free Joining form using the link provided below or on the right side Join Now Button. Then, check your email & complete the free self-onboarding process, again check your email & take free video training on the online portal, and start working independently.
If you need any assistance during training or daily tasks, you can message or call your manager on WhatsApp. After submitting your application, you will receive all portal links (for training and work) via email or WhatsApp, along with further instructions.
Your 15-day training-cum-trial period will be considered to start after the induction meeting with HN Sir.
If you request a formal joining letter, it will be issued upon successfully completing the 15-day training-cum-trial period or earlier, based on your work performance. In this case, your earnings—including daily incentives and any conversions—will be processed as a monthly salary, paid on the 15th of each month. However, if you do not request a joining letter, payments will be made on a daily basis based on your work performance.
You must follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other legal guidelines to work with us on a daily basis.
please note that the company may utilize your services for any other suitable position/Dept/Shift within the group if required.
Your role requires completing assigned tasks within the given deadlines. Failure to complete the accepted daily tasks will result in your monthly payment being calculated based on a task-wise payout structure only.
If you are currently at a wedding, out of town, in a hospital, dealing with any emergency, already working somewhere else, or pursuing studies, please declare today. We require your full availability (9.30 to 6.30pm) and attention with regular video calls from day one, using a functional laptop or computer. If you are unable to provide full availability from day one, or if you join and later claim that your laptop is not working, your joining will be considered automatically cancelled. Additionally, if you submit the form and we invite you for induction and training, you will be required to attend and participate actively. Kindly let me know when you are comfortable and ready to commit full-time, and we can reconnect then.
If you are unable to learn as per the company's requirements within 15 days of training, the company has the right to terminate your joining without any payment.
You must submit the call recording immediately after each call is finished for payment, not in bulk in the evening.
Payment Terms:
Daily Payout: Based on the reports submitted by you for calling, form/ enquiry, Social Media posts.
Enquiry Conversion Payout: Processed on the 15th of every month, subject to work & Conversion report submission and review.
All payment are dependent on a satisfactory performance evaluation. You will only be eligible to receive the full Payout upon the successful completion of the accepted tasks or achievement of the set targets. Failure to meet the agreed-upon work or targets may result in a reduced payout or disqualification from receiving the full payout.
Submission of the Daily/Weekly/monthly work report is mandatory; failure to submit the report will result in payment processing delays or non-payment.
Students and experienced professionals must provide contact details (phone & email) of their previous college or organization for background verification before onboarding.
Submit all leave requests in advance (ASAP) to info@hntravelassist.in, or your workspace login access will be revoked immediately. After completing 30 days of work, you will be eligible for one leave per month, subject to prior approval
Your working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM. It is mandatory to work a minimum of 8 hours per day. Lunch time is 1.30 pm to 2 pm.
If you are unavailable, unprepared to work, or fail to respond to our calls, messages, or emails during duty hours, you will be marked as absent, and the corresponding payment will be deducted from your fixed or task-wise dues. Your daily attendance will be determined based on your submitted daily work report or performance.
You are required to send clock-in and clock-out messages via WhatsApp to your manager and HN Sir (+91 8595294615) every morning and evening without fail.
Your default work location is remote (Work from home) until further instructions.
You are expected to proofread and edit your work to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you should maintain regular communication with your manager to address any questions or provide necessary updates.
Submission of daily work report at evening is mandatory before clock out. If you do not submit your report by 6:30, a zero work report will be submitted automatically, and you will be marked absent
The company will not cover or reimburse any expenses related to the laptop, mobile, SIM card, or internet needed to complete this work. Or neither issue an official SIM/Laptop for this assigned role. you need to use your own laptop (Windows 10 or later-compatible only), mobile, SIM card, or internet ALL IS MANDATORY DON'T APPLY IF YOU NOT HAVE ALL.
It is mandatory for all team members to be available on whatsapp video calls / other meeting links for training, work status updates, and daily meetings as you are on work from home profile. "Participation in both the Morning Planning Meeting and the Evening Report Meeting is mandatory for all team members."
You agree not to collect any advance or such payment directly from customers or any party into your or others’ bank accounts on behalf of the company; otherwise, legal action (FIR) may be taken.
You will not take screenshot of any information or share or misuse any confidential information, data, policies, payout, login ids, password, working styles, or internal matters of the company with insider or outsiders; otherwise, legal action may be taken.
Perform all duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality and Handle any other duties relevant to the organization’s needs as directed.
Please ensure that you consult with your immediate family members before accepting our work offer letter, as any abusive at our office or threatening calls from your family members may lead to legal action against both you and your family.
The company policy does not permit any salary advances or loan within the first six months of employment under any circumstances. Employees are advised to plan their finances accordingly during this period.
If you take leave and later resign the company in the mid-month without providing written advance notice or serving the required 30-day mandatory notice period, you will not be entitled to receive any remaining salary or task-based dues.
The employee may resign from the company by providing a written notice of at least 30 days in advance. The employer reserves the right to terminate your employment at any time, with a minimum of 30 days' notice.
The Employer has right to terminate the employment of the Employee at any time without any notice or salary in lieu thereof in case of any fraud or misconduct performed by the employee, or the Employer has the reasonable grounds (Employee is absconded/ not fully available on duty hours, not complete assigned work, or in case of any data sharing anywhere and so on, work report not received last 3 Days without informed). Or work performance/ qualities/ skills/ not as per the required matrix. The Company will not provide any compensation and the company has the power to hold full salary or the amount of compensation whichever is higher.
In any stage whenever you decide to leave the company you will hand over all company related files, content, data, reports, running matters etc. in presence at our New Delhi office only.
