Core Responsibilities:
Student Coordination (Study Abroad Programs): Serve as the main point of contact for students interested/looking in MBA, BBA, and Executive MBA programs abroad.,Provide detailed information on study programs, admission processes, deadlines, and specific university requirements.Assist students in completing applications, compiling required documentation, and ensuring compliance with admission and visa requirements. Follow up with students regularly to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and timely admission process.
Application Process Management: - Guide students through the entire application process, including submitting online applications, writing SOPs (Statements of Purpose), preparing LORs (Letters of Recommendation), and compiling other required documents. - Coordinate with partner universities, education counselors, and visa consultants to ensure all necessary documents and formalities are completed.
Core Responsibilities: Help students gather, verify, and submit required documentation, including academic records, test scores (GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS), financial statements, and other supporting materials. Ensure all documents are accurately compiled and submitted to universities and visa offices within deadlines.
Interview Preparation and Scheduling: Help students prepare for university interviews and provide resources for interview techniques.Organize and schedule interviews with university representatives or embassy officials as required, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their interviews.
Visa Process Coordination: Provide guidance on visa application processes, including documentation, financial proof, and other visa requirements. Collaborate with visa consultants to ensure students meet all immigration guidelines for their chosen country.Track visa application status and assist students in addressing any issues or delays in the process.
Pre-Departure Assistance: Provide students with pre-departure orientation, covering topics such as accommodation, travel, cultural adaptation, and academic expectations.Assist students with flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, and insurance as needed.
Communication and Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with students, providing updates on their application status and answering queries promptly. - Act as a liaison between students and partner universities, ensuring that all communication and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently.
Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all student inquiries, applications, and progress through the admissions process. - Regularly update management with reports on student progress, application statuses, and any issues encountered. Ensure all records are kept in shared systems such as Google Drive or CRM platforms for easy access and review.
Information Sessions and Seminars: Organize and participate in information sessions, webinars, and events to provide prospective students with an overview of the study abroad programs and their benefits. Assist in answering queries during these sessions and following up with attendees who express interest in enrolling.
Market Research and Program Updates: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in international education, including changes in admission policies, visa regulations, and popular study destinations. Regularly update students and the management team on changes to admission processes, program availability, and visa requirements.
Candidate Communication: Stay connected with selected students, keeping them informed about the program's processes and addressing any queries they may have.
Team Coordination: Resolve any issues between team members, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
Reports & MIS: Prepare MIS, submit daily Report, PPT, notes, follow up on actions and other relevant PPT/ data.
Calling Dashboard: Maintain accurate formats/records and timely submit work reports/MIS without fail.
Learning skills: you are solely responsible for acquiring the necessary skills in areas such as calling, preparing MIS reports, writing job descriptions, designing banners, drafting offer letters, emails, calling scripts, and other related tasks to effectively complete your assigned responsibilities.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Education, or related field.
Certifications in Study Abroad or International Education (optional).
Knowledge of global education systems and visa procedures.
Admissions Process Management for international programs, including reviewing applications and coordinating with foreign institutions.
Visa and Immigration Support for study abroad candidates.
Student Counselling on program selection, requirements, and cultural preparedness.
Documentation and Record Keeping for international student applications.
Event Planning for study abroad fairs, orientations, and pre-departure briefings.
Marketing Support for promoting study abroad programs.
Partnership Management with foreign universities and education consultants.
Scholarship Guidance on financial aid and funding options for international students.
